The hotel is ideally located on the Orange River, near the Gautrain station and museum area, with the city center just a stone's throw away. The service provided, from check-in to interactions with the waiters, was absolutely fantastic. However, the dining options were limited in variety and served mainly fast food.

The rooms were spacious, had a good variety of TV channels, and featured a comfortable king-size double bed, perfect for my minor children.

The staff tried their best to support the waiters, and the room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and welcome drink were all top-notch.
